Kerry Spence BSc (Hons) DIS, MRICS Proprietor and principal surveyor
Now into her second decade as a chartered surveyor Kerry Spence has an extensive background and experience within
the property industry having previously been a partner in a leading firm of chartered surveyors in Northern Ireland.
She has been involved in a variety of property transactions and property consultancy on behalf of a variety of high
profile clients and companies.

As principal surveyor she carries out the majority of the survey and valuation work together with client liaison
with respect to property management and property consultation. A high percentage of our work is by referral from
clients who are impressed at the speed and accuracy of the service, and the professionalism, expertise and prompt
personal attention of Kerry Spence.

Claire McBride BA (Hons) degree
Claire McBride is a property manager specialising in flat and apartment management.
Claire has considerable experience in this aspect of the business and continues to manage and develop the portfolio.
Claire graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA (Hons) degree. After graduation Claire worked as a property manager for a large retail outlet, with responsibility for an extensive portfolio of properties provincewide.

Claire has also completed an advanced business course which she passed with distinction.
Claire is also responsible for the administration of the survey department of the business and is often the welcoming voice you hear at the end of the phone.
