I have worked at board level and have seen a lot -being right in the thick of the action on the rollercoaster that is rapid company growth.

I have built and managed teams and departments, managed complex global supply chains, achieving sales, cost savings, margin and inventory targets. 

I am an effective decision maker and respected people manager who works well under pressure in a fast paced changing environment, navigating the challenges of rapid company growth and launches into new markets globally , whilst remaining  practical and calm with a common sense and commercial approach.

Although working in branded goods most recently - my skills are easily transferable across other industries.
